Went in because my iPhone wasn’t charging. I had tried the basic troubleshooting on my own and was expecting to need to repair my charging port. The staff up front took the time to diligently clean the port better than I could. They could have easily charged me for the significant repair or at least the labor of meticulous cleaning. But they did neither! Definitely going back for tech issues in the future.

OMG!! Jordan, Jack and Juvix ROCK!! Excellent customer service from the very start when I called in and spoke with Jordan. Once I got there, Jack greeted me and we even talked about the Ravens playing tonight. Juvix told me what he thought the issue was with my laptop, opened it up and fixed it right on the spot! I will ONLY come to Juvix for repairs and so should you! Thanks again everyone and “GOOO RAVENS!!!”

Incredible service and fantastic staff. Spent nearly 20 minutes working through a problem for me and when it came time to pay, they didn’t charge me a thing. These folks are all about community support and building long term relationships. 11/10 recommend!

I took my boyfriend’s PC to be repaired. Since we got there the people was very nice and friendly. They say they can fix the problem and they did. We are very happy with their work. Thank you very much!!!

My son’s PS5 was overheating and kept shutting off. It was repaired in less than 24 hours at a very reasonable price. Communication was excellent—he sent pictures of the damaged parts and clearly explained what needed to be fixed. I would highly recommend his services.

First I would want to start by saying when I first started having problems with my PS5 I went directly to Sony, I was on the phone with them practically the whole day and no one in the whole Sony company was able to help me, so I decided to take my gaming system to Juvix, with hopes they can fix it, the tech Jordan was very quick with the work, while giving me updates while he was working and he was able to resolve the problem. I thought I was going to have to buy a whole new system, but thankfully he was able to fix it and get it back to me quickly, I will definitely recommend checking them out if you're having any problems with your device. And I will definitely return if I have any other problems with anything else.

I love this place. The most honest business ever. I would recommend this place to anyone who would listen. My son’s switch stopped charging and I thought the port needed to be replaced. Upon picking up they let me know that it just needed to be cleaned and not replaced . And did not charge me a penny. Any other place probably would have charged me for a replacement. Appreciate you guys.

A couple of months ago, there was an issue with my Chromebook screen (I think it was a lighting issue.) So I sent it to Juvix the Tech Guy, and I finally got it back today, and they completely fixed the screen! Honestly these guys are amazing, they were extremely patient and helpful for me (I didn't have the payment for an order that they needed but they told me I could pay it anytime, and also after that. they fixed my laptop and they told me I can pick up my laptop anytime.) Great customer service! Thank you guys so much! I would definitely return here if I have an another issue!

These guys are awesome. They were able to install an operating system on my 2013 vintage MacBook. Before that it wasn’t running well due to incompatibility issues. They were able to wipe the hard drive clean and do a fresh install. They will even preserve your data for you at an extra cost. Now it’s running like new. I think I can get another five years at least out of it. They charged me exactly $90.10.
